The Bachelor of Business Administration program has partnered with the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) to ensure the graduates have the fundamental management skills and knowledge in three core knowledge domain areas: Management, Planning and Organizing, and Leading and Controlling. These three areas are the cornerstone of any manager’s skill set.

In the last two quarters leading up to graduation, students are enrolled in two Capstone courses, providing students with the opportunity for final preparation, testing, and earning the Certified Manager (CM) designation.

Certification is an important means of assuring management competencies. The Beckfield College Bachelor of Business Administration program is designed to develop student skills in a variety of areas and provides the tools necessary to obtain certification, assuring that Beckfield College graduates have professional management training.
